The focus is on intake, storage, stock control, and readiness, ensuring production teams have what they need, when they need it, while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, traceability, and organization.This role will suit someone with strong warehouse or intake experience in a food environment, who is trusted, organized, and comfortable taking responsibility without people management duties.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the intake, storage, and movement of ambient, chilled, and frozen goodsEnsure all materials and products are correctly stored, rotated (FIFO), and fully traceableSupport production by ensuring packaging, ingredients, and finished goods are available as requiredOperate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and in line with company proceduresMaintain accurate stock records and complete all associated documentation and system entriesCheck incoming goods for accuracy, damage, and discrepancies, reporting issues promptlyFollow all HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and company standards at all timesMaintain excellent housekeeping and organization across all stores and ancillary areasSupport audits and inspections by ensuring records and procedures are maintainedIdentify opportunities for improved organization and efficiency within stores operationsRequirementsPrevious experience in a warehouse or intake role, ideally within a food production environmentExperience using computerized warehousing or stock control systemsValid forklift license (essential)Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standardsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work under pressure and prioritize workload effectivelyPay, Hours & ProgressionHourly Rate: € €18.50 per hour, depending on experienceProgression: Clear opportunity to progress within the pay scale based on performance, responsibility, and experienceShift Pattern: Day shift, 7:30am - 5:00pmBreaks: Two 30-minute unpaid breaksPaid Hours: Approx. 42.5 hours per weekOvertime: As required, paid in line with company policyWhy Join Divilly's?Stable, long-term role with a well-established Irish food companyDay-only shift with predictable hoursSenior responsibility without people-management pressureSupportive, family-owned business environmentOpportunity to build a long-term career with progressionBenefits:Management Pension employer contribution.Stable Mon-Fri evening shift.Training in Lean Sigma / continuous improvement tools.
