About this Administrator Role in Mayo
As Stock Administrator, you will be responsible for order processing, customer quotations, and invoicing. You will also support account managers and carry out stock-related administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Process orders and respond to customer queries promptly
Prepare and issue accurate quotations for customers
Provide administrative support to the Field Account Management team
Manage invoicing and credit processing
Carry out additional stock control administration duties as required
Skills and Experience Required
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an office or administrative role
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
Ability to plan and prioritise workload in a busy environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, detail-oriented and highly organised
