They will be responsible for identifying partners, negotiating, contract signing, onboarding and ongoing relationship management. This role will need a self-motivated, relationship-builder to help further our goal to driving brand growth.What you'll doBrand Partnerships:Responsibility for defining and leading the national Brand Partnerships strategy across Ireland and Northern Ireland (including LGFA, Fair City and more).Collaborate with our International office on global partnerships (including UEFA, Lidl-Trek and more), with a focus on localising for Irish market.Responsibility for the strategic requirements, the search, the selection, the negotiation of rights and the contract signing as well as the onboarding of local brand partners and international partnerships to increase brand awareness, relevance and sales all aligned with the Lidl brand modelCollaborate with Marketing, Corporate Affairs and other internal departments to ensure on-brand implementation of partnerships, taking into account global and national strategiesOversight on sponsorship activation measures and support in the implementation of partnershipsResponsibility for building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential partners Brand AmbassadorsResponsibility for selecting all brand ambassadors in line with strategic guidelines with an emphasis on brand fit and brand safetyResponsibility for ongoing management of all brand ambassadors and oversight of activation measuresCollaborate with Marketing, Corporate Affairs and other internal departments to ensure on-brand implementation of brand ambassadors, taking into account global and national strategiesGovernance and Quality AssuranceConsultation on key strategic and third party partnerships to ensure brand-fit and brand relevanceEvaluation and reporting on Partnership and Brand KPIsOngoing enablement for the Lidl Brand internally, across Partnerships and beyondWhat you'll need5+ years of experience in brand, partnerships management or sponsorship, ideally within a fast-paced retail or FMCG environment.Demonstrable experience managing large-scale national partnerships or sports sponsorships.Exceptional project management skillsExcellent briefing and feedback skills for creative teams and agencies.Broad knowledge of customer target groups and analytical practicesIn-depth knowledge of the relevant brand and marketing KPI metricsHighly organised mentality with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.Proactive and results-driven, with the ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building effective relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.A creative problem-solver with a strategic mindset.Adaptable and able to respond quickly to changing business needs.Relevant experience in at least one of the following areas: brand, marketing, marketing communication In-depth knowledge of positioning and maintaining a strong and data-driven brand identityWhat you'll receiveWe offer a competitive and transparent salary system, that ensures pay equality across all positions at Lidl€76,000 rising to €100,000 after 4 yearsCompany car or car allowance25 days holidays per annumPrivate employee medical insuranceCompany pension after six months of serviceFlexible start and finish timesInitial training and on-going development from an experienced team memberIndividuals recognised as high performing will be invited to join our Leadership Academy as part of your on-going developmentExcellent opportunities for career progressionDynamic work environmentModern office facility with free parkingOn-site gym and canteenHybrid working model - up to 2 days remote working per weekMobile and broadband discounts with Three networkLidl is an equal opportunities employer.
