Talent Acquisition Administrator – Irish Speaker – TEG Public Sector

We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Administrator, fluent in Irish, to join our growing Public Sector team.
This is a great opportunity for individuals with an interest in recruitment and a passion for the Irish language, who enjoy working collaboratively and want to contribute to meaningful public sector projects.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the management of recruitment campaigns in line with CSPA guidelines, assisting our clients throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.
This role involves travel to client sites, primarily in Dublin, to support recruitment activities.
Flexibility and a professional approach to both in-person and virtual interactions are essential.
Strong attention to detail, proactive communication, and excellent written and verbal skills are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
You will work as part of a collaborative team, with a focus on the administrative aspects of recruitment campaigns and competitions.
Responsibilities include:
Interview Support
Take accurate and comprehensive interview notes in both English and Irish, for in-person and virtual interviews.
Liaise with clients and candidates to ensure interviews run smoothly.
Schedule interviews and prepare all required documentation.
Provide support with translation and Irish-language requirements across interview materials and documentation, as needed.
Candidate Communication
Respond to candidate queries via dedicated client inboxes in a timely and professional manner.
Issue correspondence to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Engage with candidates to provide updates and answer questions.
Provide Irish-language translation support for candidate communications where required.
Administrative Duties
Accurately record and update candidate information.
Acknowledge and review applications, ensuring completeness and alignment with essential criteria.
Support the team in managing the full recruitment lifecycle for our clients.
Ensure a positive and respectful candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Perform other duties as required to support recruitment operations.
Support the team with preparing and posting job advertisements in Irish, in accordance with client requirements.
Requirements
Experience in a recruitment or administrative role.
Flexibility to travel to client sites, primarily in Dublin City Centre.
Fluency in the Irish language, with the ability to use Irish confidently in both written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Teams, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Comfort working in a process-oriented environment and appreciation for structured administration.
Passion for the talent industry and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Adaptability and willingness to embrace change.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with people.
Enjoyment of working in a collaborative team environment.
