We are now recruiting for a Food and Beverage Assistant for our growing Business. Creacon Food and Beverage Assistant is responsible for working in all areas of Food and Beverage and Guest Services. We striving to give our guests an exceptional service experience and most enjoyable break they can ever imagine. Our team strive to deliver a personalized, detailed and balanced experience, which will make you feel fully at ease here at Creacon Wellness Retreat. The role involves exceptional customer care and it will require flexibility to work morning and evening shifts, our morning shifts start from 8.00am & our evening shifts run until 10pm, this is a Full Time Role in a seasonal business where additional cover may be required in the Summer & midterm season. The main duties will be:
* Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner, be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of service.
* Take orders from and serve food and drinks to customers
* Represent Creacon by maintaining a pleasant and friendly manner and working to the highest service standards at all times
* Ensure that the Food & Beverage areas as well as the remaining public areas are kept clean and tidy at all times
* Monitor the guest services area to ensure efficient and personalized service is delivered to customers.
* Must be flexible, enjoy a challenge, and is able to work outside the comfort zone while maintaining the ability to be objective and positive
* Must be a team player with the ability to multi task, standards driven and detail orientated
* Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
* Up-sell with latest departmental incentives
* Ensure compliance of brand standards and ensure cleanliness of work areas
* Comply with Creacon security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
* Follow cash handling procedures
* Be environmentally aware
* Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
The ideal candidate will be:
* Committed to delivering a high level of customer care.
* Excellent grooming standards & flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
* Ability to work on your own or in teams
* Previous Food and Beverage and/or industry experience
* Experience with cash handling
* Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations
Have a friendly, polite and positive personality
* Possess a high level of spoken English
* Possess a hands-on attitude to work
* Be flexible to work all shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends depending on the needs of the business.
* Must be legally entitled to work in Ireland and available all-year round
