Are you passionate about helping people start strong and succeed from day one? We're looking for a Trainer to take ownership of our training academy. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organised, and loves seeing new starters grow in confidence and skill, proficient in time management, and possess excellent public speaking skills.
In this role, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes all new employees into the business and makes sure their first experience is a great one. You will be working with all stakeholders in the company ensuring all materials are current and up to date.
* You'll plan and deliver all engaging training sessions,
* design induction schedules
* make sure each new employee gets to meet the key heads of department during their onboarding journey.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.
* Schedule appropriate training sessions and work closely with product development team.
* Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures.
* Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
* Prepare and create training content such as module summaries, videos, and presentations and deliver to employees.
* Train and guide new employees.
* Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.
* responsible for maintaining and updating all procedure documents,
* keeping track of team lists
* sending out weekly update emails so everyone is aware of any new changes or materials and hosting weekly update sessions when required.
* help support new agents through their sign-off process — joining team managers for sign-off calls, reviewing progress, and confirming when each new starter is ready to go live.
Requirements:
We're looking for someone who's organised and who is confident in front of large groups along with being able to multitask. You will have strong communication skills, a real eye for detail, and the ability to build great relationships across departments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excell and PowerPoint are an advantage, but what matters most is enthusiasm, reliability, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed. You must be APA Qualified.
