The Role
As Store Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our Dublin pop-up store, leading a small team to deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience. You'll ensure smooth store performance, from opening and closing procedures to customer service and visual presentation.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with prior retail management experience who thrives in a customer-facing environment and leads by example on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
* Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing, cash handling, and reporting.
* Maintain exceptional visual standards and ensure all products are beautifully presented.
* Support, coach, and develop team members to uphold brand values and service excellence.
* Manage stock flow, including receiving, tagging, and inventory counts.
* Handle customer queries and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
* Communicate effectively with management to ensure smooth coordination across operations.
* Represent Luxury Exchange with confidence, warmth, and impeccable presentation.
Candidate Profile
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
* Experience in luxury, fashion, or premium retail strongly preferred.
* Strong leadership and team development skills, with a hands-on management style.
* Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Confident, organised, and adaptable in a dynamic retail environment.
* Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* A passion for fashion, designer brands, and luxury retail.
* Flexible availability, including weekends and peak holiday trading periods.
