Duties & Responsibilities
Organise and conduct Pilot Assessments in various locations across Europe.
Manage the A‑Z Pilot Recruitment process and application database.
Organise and attend pilot roadshows and networking events.
Act as the key point of contact for all candidates and stakeholders, including our partner flight schools.
Gather market intelligence and promote Ryanair as an employer of choice.
Collaborate closely with Ryanair’s Flight Operations and Training departments to deliver on agreed targets.
Perform other ad‑hoc duties as required.
Requirements
Desirable: 1+ year recruitment or HR experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong organisational and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Efficient at multi‑tasking.
Flexibility to travel extensively.
