Responsible for providing a professional and friendly welcome to The Spa at The Kingsley, ensuring the smooth running of the Guest Service Journey, and delivering the best possible experience. Working as part of a team, the role requires an outgoing approach, accompanied with enthusiasm at all times and a passion to deliver customer satisfaction.Responsibilities will include:Ensuring all guests are greeted in a bright, professional, and friendly manner and ensuring their requests / queries are dealt with efficiently.Working alongside the entire Kingsley Spa team to ensure the smooth running of the department.Checking the spa and general areas on a regular basis and ensuring they are to the required standard. Escalating any issues to the management teamGroup booking coordinator.Able to perform treatments on guests when required - depending on candidate.HOURS OF WORKYou will be contracted to work on a flexible basis.
