As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise.

The Production **** program is an SRE initiative with the mission to meaningfully reduce the amount of time a typical Google engineer spends on basic service management in production.
The P**** Technical Program Management team partners with the organization to develop and deploy internal solutions that increase the productivity of Google engineers (across all business units) as they operate their Google Production services.
We are looking for a senior Technical Program Manager to guide and optimize strategic programs for the P**** Organisation, collaborating closely with partner teams with Technical Infrastructure, Google Cloud Platform and Core.

Become a trusted advisor to executive decision-makers, providing valuable technical insights and aligning executive stakeholders on program direction and sensitive communications.
Establish best practices and systems for identifying improvements in processes, products, or services through measurement and performance metrics.
separately lead a governance structure that drives effective executive decision-making, mitigates cross-organization dependencies, and establishes a cadence for program reviews and resource stewardship.
Identify, mentor, and develop high-potential program managers and team members, preparing them for future roles within the organization or with peer organizations in Google.
