We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our IT Service Management team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving improvements by working with others on process enhancements and technology stack development.
Servicing the Business
* The ideal candidate will work closely with our partners to enhance our ServiceNow capabilities, ensuring we deliver high-quality services that meet business needs.
* This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying areas for automation and self-service improvement, and actively seeking opportunities to reduce ticket times and prevent incidents through proactive measures.
* Influencing IT policies and practices is also crucial as you engage with third-party vendors, managing operational risks while maintaining compliance standards across hybrid environments (3 days office work/ 2 remote days).
