The Legal Team provides high-quality legal services that align with our company mission of putting player experience first. Our approach begins with considering what's best for players in every policy or contract we draft, lawsuit we file or defend against, letter we send, and legal advice we give to our partners.
Your Responsibilities
* Provide general support to talent teams, employment law teams, and key business stakeholders on multiple employment-related matters including performance management, disciplinary processes, hiring and termination, internal investigations, company policies, company training, recruiting practices, compensation practices, contingent workforce, and other employee relations matters.
* Work closely with senior leaders and business teams to provide advice on international employment matters and regulations, working across multiple jurisdictions and cross-functionally with business teams to implement policies, and handling a variety of employment-related legal disputes and inquiries.
* Keep up to date with developments in employment laws affecting our employees in various locations and assist in implementing compliance with the same.
* Contribute to general commercial legal matters and transactions where required.
* Collaborate with teams across EMEA, Australia, and the US.
About You
* Hold a University degree and legal qualification with the ability to practice law in at least one country in the EU/UK region.
* Have 6+ years post-qualification legal experience advising on employment law matters.
* Be fluent in English.
* Have a good understanding and previous experience advising in employment law in at least one country in the EU/UK region.
