Chief Executive Officer
Key 2 Recruitment has been retained by an expanding global Chemical company to recruit a Chief Executive Officer to join their Irish operation on a permanent basis.
The role will involve leading the Irish operation in the production of chemical products. The CEO will play a crucial role in providing strategic leadership and management across all company operations.
The CEO will be tasked with ensuring sustained growth, overseeing daily operations, and aligning the strategic direction set by the Board of Directors with the operational execution of the company.
* Develop & implement strategic plans that align with the overall mission of the company.
* Manage and oversee the overall operations of the company including but not limited to Finance, HR, QEHS, Analytics, Engineering, Innovation and Production.
* Lead and influence various teams directly and through department heads ensuring optimal performance, maximizing teamwork and collaboration.
Ensure financial stability, drive company growth, achieve maximum profitability and return on investment. Manage and oversee relevant KPIs inclusive of financial, Sustainability, On Time Production and Delivery, Compliance with Audit Findings etc.
Represent the company in civic and professional associations, meetings, and other engagement opportunities. Be active part of the global management team of the business line.
Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions, improvements, including risk management.
Build & maintain a highly effective executive team focused on performance, development, & deployment.
Ensure and maintain the health, safety and welfare of the employees and the company.
Ensure that all EHS policies both corporate and governmental are adhered too and report any deviations to the appropriate authorities.
Qualifications Proven experience as Chief Executive Officer or a similar managerial role.
Proven leadership, ideally within the Chemical Industry or related field.
Familiarity with corporate and employee law and management best practices.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with a problem-solving ability at both strategic and operational levels.
The role will provide a remuneration package, dependent on experience and suitability, with additional performance bonus.
