Person in Charge (PIC) Residential Services?? Tipperary Town Cpl Healthcare is seeking an experienced and motivated Person in Charge (PIC) to oversee Residential and Respite Services for adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities.
This is a meaningful leadership role where youll guide teams, shape high-quality supports, and empower individuals to live with independence, dignity, and connection.
Youll play a key part in ensuring services run smoothly across residential, respite, and day programmes.
What Youll Do Lead the daily operations of Designated Centres, ensuring full compliance with HIQA standards and the Health Act 2007 Drive the delivery of safe, person-centred, and continuously improving services Ensure all regulatory, legal, and organisational requirements are met Support, mentor, and develop staff, fostering a positive and respectful team culture Work collaboratively with the Integrated Services Manager and multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes for service users What Youll Bring A QQI Level 8 Honours Degree in Social Care, Nursing, or a related discipline Minimum 3 years experience in intellectual disability services At least 3 years experience in a leadership or management role within healthcare Strong working knowledge of HIQA standards and relevant legislation Full, clean Irish driving licence Eligibility to work in Ireland For more information please contact Skills: people management planning organising Benefits: Mobile phone Paid Holidays Parking Negotiable Laptop Expenses Mileage
