For nearly 20 years, their mission has been to provide unique opportunities for people to connect with loved ones and discover new passions through a wide range of experiences, from gourmet dinners and spa days to thrilling adventures.
They are seeking a commercially-minded, strategic leader to take charge of their Amazon channel across Europe. This is a senior role for someone who can blend deep Amazon expertise with mature leadership, serving as the main point of contact for all things Amazon, both internally and externally.
What will you do?
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the Amazon business strategy across all European markets, identifying opportunities to grow revenue, profitability, and brand visibility.
* Stakeholder Influence: Build strong relationships with internal teams across content, finance, logistics, and marketing, ensuring Amazon's priorities are championed within the wider business.
* Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards for all operational tasks, including content, catalogue, pricing, SEO, and inventory management.
* Channel Management: Be responsible for defining and driving the 1P and 3P strategy, including pricing, catalogue management, and logistics programmes.
What are we looking for?
* 5-7+ years directly managing Amazon Seller and/or Vendor Central accounts.
* Deep knowledge of how to work with Amazon 1P and 3P, including logistics programmes (FBA/Vendor logistics), reporting tools, and content optimisation best practices.
* Demonstrated success in defining and delivering strategic channel plans in an ecommerce or retail environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to work with performance dashboards and datasets.
* Prior experience working across multiple EU markets is a strong advantage.
Bonus if you have:
* Experience mentoring or managing others in a fast-paced commercial team.
* Experience designing and running structured A/B tests on Amazon or other ecommerce platforms.
