YOU'LL GET A CHANCE TO:
Troubleshoot and optimise systems and processes with cross-functional teams.
Lead process improvement initiatives and drive equipment OEE >85%.
Validate new products and processes (VP, IQ, OQ, PQ).
Engage in Additive Manufacturing and CNC operations.
Monitor Factory 4.0/IoT trends and implement data-driven actions.
Support capital equipment acquisition from specification to validation.
Develop training programmes for manufacturing teams.
Collaborate with Materials Science, Design, and Quality Assurance to deliver top-quality products.
Apply statistical tools to drive continuous improvement
