About The Role
In this role, you will take the lead in developing and executing digital and social media campaigns that align with marketing objectives. You will be responsible for content creation, community management, and performance tracking, ensuring a strong digital presence and engagement across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement creative digital marketing strategies with a strong focus on social media.
* Manage day-to-day social media activity, including content creation, posting, and engagement.
* Optimise content for each platform and analyse performance using analytics tools.
* Work closely with internal teams to develop engaging content that aligns with brand messaging.
* Monitor digital trends and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
* Create and execute digital advertising campaigns to support key business initiatives.
* Manage website updates and ensure a seamless user experience.
* Develop and send email marketing communications to enhance customer engagement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
* Stay ahead of trends in digital and social media to enhance brand presence.
What You’ll Need
* 4 plus years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
* Proven ability to craft engaging copy and content across multiple digital platforms.
* Strong knowledge of social media trends, analytics, and best practices.
* Proficiency in social media management tools and scheduling platforms.
* Experience in email marketing, SEO, and paid social campaigns is an advantage.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
