Senior Hard Facilities Manager Position
This is a key leadership role that involves full accountability for delivering hard FM services, energy management strategy, and compliance at one of our Dublin sites.
About the Role
* You will lead our technical operations, overseeing all planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, and asset performance.
* The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary technical team to ensure high standard service delivery and promote a culture of excellence.
* As the primary point of contact, you will handle client technical matters and energy management initiatives.
* Your responsibilities will include managing energy strategy, reporting, and improvement projects to support sustainability targets.
* You must ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, environmental, and legislative standards.
* We expect you to deliver all contractual KPIs and SLAs, including finance tracking and cost control.
* Additionally, you will champion innovation, performance monitoring, and continuous service improvement.
