As a Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in overseeing the day-to-day kitchen operations.
You will help lead the team, ensure consistency in food quality, and contribute to menu development.
This is a daytime role, offering excellent hours compared to traditional hospitality positions.

The Duties Assisting the Head Chef with the daily management of the kitchen.
Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to consistently high standards.
Supervising and motivating kitchen staff, ensuring smooth service during peak hours.
Supporting menu planning and contributing creative ideas for new dishes.
Maintaining stock levels, ordering, and ensuring proper food storage and rotation.
Adhering to HACCP, food safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Ensuring kitchen operations run efficiently within a day-time service model.
The Requirements Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up.
Experience in a café, bistro, or high-volume casual dining setting preferred.
Strong organisational and leadership skills.
A passion for fresh, seasonal, and high-quality food.
Ability to work effectively in a busy, team-focused environment.
Must be currently living in Ireland with the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
