Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* At least 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media, or marketing roles.
* Fluent communication in English and Dutch to manage client relationships in the region.


Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in assessing and achieving client success through sales techniques such as questioning, objection handling, and promotions.
* Knowledge of online marketing strategies and tactics, with expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns focused on performance marketing.
* Ability to manage a portfolio in advertising or media sales and consistently meet quotas to drive growth.
* Strong storytelling skills to build compelling narratives and engage clients effectively.

Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors focused on customer success, mainly supporting small and medium-sized businesses. As part of our team, you'll work with business owners, making a tangible impact on their growth, and contribute to shaping the future of innovation while enjoying the process.


Responsibilities

* Achieve ambitious quarterly growth and product adoption goals.
* Manage a portfolio of medium and large businesses, understanding their growth drivers, identifying opportunities, managing risks, and planning for success.
* Proactively pitch and consult with customers on digital marketing strategies and budgets.
* Drive customer growth by delivering excellent sales experiences and meeting marketing objectives.
* Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including end customers and agencies.
