My Client is seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Executive to join our team in Blackrock. This role is primarily focused on the servicing and retention of existing clients, delivering high-quality advice and customer care across all personal lines products.
About Your New Job
The purpose of this role is to manage and service an existing book of personal lines business, including car, home, and van insurance. The position is centred on building long-term client relationships, ensuring renewals are handled efficiently, and providing clear, professional advice that meets clients’ needs.
Service and retain an existing portfolio of personal lines clients
Manage renewals accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring a positive client experience
Provide clear, compliant, and customer-focused insurance advice
Maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers
Handle mid-term adjustments, queries, and policy administration efficiently
What Skills You Need
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a personal lines insurance role within a brokerage or insurance environment
APA (Personal General Insurance) qualification is essential
Applied Systems knowledge is an essential requirement
