Civil Engineer Renewable Energy
Location: Galway, Cork, Limerick, Tralee
Experience: 5 years plus
MWP is seeking to appoint a Senior or Principal Engineer with a focus on renewables projects, to join our civil team in either Galway, Tralee, Limerick or Cork
The role provides exposure to a diverse range of renewable projects including Wind Farms, Solar farms and BESS projects, for both renewables and large demand customers in Ireland and in Mainland Euro
Projects will be varied from Feasibility to Construction stage.
Skills / Qualifications Required:
• Candidates with experience from 5 years and upwards will be considered.
• Enthusiastic team player, with a constructive and proactive approach to work.
• Excellent communication, planning and organisation skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with a willingness to accept responsibility and meet strict deadlines.
• Full driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
• Strong technical report writing skills
Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Undertake design elements for projects to current specifications and standards.
• Manage the production of drawings and reports.
• Co-ordinate work with engineers of other disciplines.
• Attend meetings with clients, other consultants and contractors during the course of projects.
• Ensure production of deliverables to agreed timelines.
