Job Description
We are looking for a Site Manager to lead our team of cleaners in daily operations, support client relationships, and manage a high‑performing onsite team.
Responsibilities
Oversee site operations and ensure standards & targets are met.
Build strong client partnerships and handle issues promptly.
Lead, train, and support cleaning teams; maintain staff morale.
Manage budgets, timesheets, and site expenditure.
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and conduct risk assessments.
Recruit and select new employees.
Qualifications
1–2 years' experience as a cleaning supervisor/manager in a medical devices/manufacturing area.
Strong leadership & communication skills; fluent English.
Hands‑on approach, excellent attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Computer literacy & full flexibility.
Work Hours
Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30. It will be necessary to work alternative hours, shift patterns or unsociable hours including weekends from time to time.
