HR Partner – Specialising in Learning and Development

14-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Location:
Dublin City (Hybrid)

The Opportunity

We are partnering with a well-established organisation to appoint an HR Partner – Learning & Development & Employee Experience for a fixed-term contract. This role will play a key part in delivering learning, wellbeing and EDI initiatives aligned to organisational and HR strategy during a period of transformation.

Reporting to the Head of HR, the successful candidate will join a collaborative L&D team and will take ownership of end-to-end programme delivery, from design and facilitation through to evaluation, governance and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development

* Design, deliver, facilitate and evaluate learning interventions aligned with organisational and business needs
* Ensure strong L&D governance, including learning needs analysis, procurement, evaluation and accurate record keeping
* Measure and document return on investment (ROI) across all learning initiatives
* Explore and implement innovative learning methodologies and technologies to enhance delivery and efficiency
* Promote and communicate learning opportunities across the organisation
* Design and deliver a comprehensive Employee Wellbeing programme for 2026
* Gather, analyse and evaluate feedback to support continuous improvement of wellbeing initiatives
* Design and deliver an annual EDI calendar aligned with organisational strategy, audit outputs and action plans
* Facilitate forums, events and communities of practice (e.g. International Women's Day, LGBTQI+ networks
* Collaborate with stakeholders on disability and reasonable accommodation initiatives

Additional Responsibilities

* Manage internal HR communications, including newsletters, digital channels and HR intranet content
* Contribute to strategic HR projects as required
* Develop, review and update HR, OD, L&D and Wellbeing policies, procedures and guidance documents
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR legislation and HR best practice

About You

Essential Requirements

* Level 8 degree (or equivalent) in Learning & Development, HR, Organisational Behaviour or a related field
* Proven experience designing, delivering and facilitating L&D initiatives
* Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficient to advanced level in Microsoft 365
* High levels of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality

Desirable

* Postgraduate qualification in EDI or Wellbeing
* Experience delivering EDI and/or Wellbeing programmes
* Experience with accreditation frameworks (e.g. Investors in Diversity, Great Place to Work, KeepWell)
* CIPD accreditation
* Project management experience
* HRIS experience
