Senior Quantity Surveyor
This role involves overseeing and leading site meetings, creating cost plans and budget estimates, value engineering, and final account settlement.
* Manage and chair site meetings through to project delivery on a wide range of prestigious projects.
* Create detailed cost plans and budget estimates
* Analyze risks and opportunities for value engineering
* Develop Bills of Quantities
* Evaluate tenders and quotations
* Assess Interim valuation payments
* Negotiate and agree variations
* Provide Cost Reporting
* Finalize account settlement
The requirements for this role include a BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying with 5+ years experience, professional membership to SCSI or RICS, good communication and presentation skills, and computer literacy with skills in MS office.
