Position Summary:
As the Logistics Construction Coordinator (CC) you will supervise and coordinate the activities for Logistics under their ownership on a large Irish semiconductor factory build project in Ireland.
You will be focal point for contractors for all site mobility and transportation issues: vehicles & licenses, security checks, material and workers movement through external and internal gates and into cleanrooms.
You will be also working with enabling infrastructure to help support other large capital projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities shall include but not limited to:
* Monitoring all trade & material laydown, making sure they adhere to housekeeping standard.
* Monitor all cleaning scope and housekeeping issues
* Enable the trades when they need to move to alternate locations in factory
* Monitoring trade activities for Cleanroom Protocol Guidelines
* Monitor all consumables station areas.
* Monitor all routes for the move in of materials and equipment daily, action impacts as they occur and highlight issues.
* Schedule the cleaning and maintenance of all vestibules and temp Pass Through (Coordination with Cleaning Provider)
* Monitoring cleaning schedule to support equipment move in's
* Daily routine is 100% in the field to provide immediate solutions and supervision of areas check availability of all consumable at the factory, notify supplier when stocks are low, and replenishing is required.
* Maintain information boards to update trades throughout the site co-ordinating the trade as directed by the logistic lead on space management and allocation.
* Notify trade contractors on impending impacts
* Monitoring daily, drying rooms, office set up & cage setup in the factory and external areas etc.
* Deal with any adhoc request that may arise during the working day: additional bins request, skips yards, cage and laydowns issues, water coolers etc.
* Monitoring the internal & external waste swim lanes as directed by the Logistics Leads
* Monitoring all trade infrastructure set-up along the outside of the building
* Erect signage relating to construction Tool Install activity as directed : Internal and External
* Action any punch list item relating to the logistic infrastructure.
Delivery Access Routes (External)
* Monitor all routes for the move in of materials and equipment daily and action impacts as they occur and highlight issues
* Coordinate affectively with trades group regarding materials access routes into the building and around the building perimeter.
External Logistics – yard, stores, welfare, drying rooms...
* Enabling and Monitoring daily: Drying room allocations, Cabin office set up, Welfare Locations, External areas such as Material laydown yards, Storage tents, Skip yards, Welfare locations, Temp Pedestrian Routes, Road access.
Trades Infrastructure (External)
* Monitoring all trade infrastructure set-up along the outside of the building
External Waste Management
* Monitoring the internal & external waste swim lanes
* Site Waste Out - routes
* Defining waste route and swim lanes from the Internal Building to the external areas and work with the waste provider regarding efficiencies and improvements
Other projects
* Asked to assist on enabling infrastructure logistics planning for other large capital projects
Education & Experience:
Level 2 Construction Co-Ordinator with 5 Years +: experience.
4 years in semiconductor construction, OR
2 year technical degree, 2 years in Semiconductor Construction, OR
4 year technical degree, 1 year in Semiconductor Construction
Essential Skills:
* Strong verbal and written communication skill
* Computer literate and familiar with the major Microsoft packages including Word/ Excel/PowerPoint.
* Good organisational and multitasking skills.
* Strong attention to detail and reporting skills.
* Flexibility to work in an environment of multiple projects and varying workloads.
* Ability to prioritise issues
* Must have knowledge of basic construction processes and procedures.
* Previous experience in Semiconductors an advantage.

Working hours: Site Based 45 hours/week.
