Food & Beverage Assistant
to join our dynamic team at
Fiadh Restaurant

About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver excellent service in buffet, table, or bar settings
* Engage warmly with guests and provide local knowledge and recommendations
* Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
* Coordinate with kitchen staff to exceed guest expectations
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in food and beverage service (hotel or restaurant)
* A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for guest service
* Strong team player who can also take initiative when needed
* Flexible and dependable, especially during busy service periods
Working Hours
* Full-time position with a mix of straight and split shifts
* Availability required for shifts across a 7-day rota, including weekends and holidays
