Role Description
We are seeking an Account Director to join our team working across the UK and Ireland. This is a full‑time senior commercial role responsible for driving revenue growth across Sipit’s full portfolio of media and activation opportunities. You’ll lead client and agency relationships, identify new business opportunities, and develop tailored solutions that deliver meaningful impact for brands.
This role requires a strategic, entrepreneurial mindset – someone who understands how to connect brands with audiences through creative, high‑impact media executions. You’ll work closely with internal teams to develop integrated campaigns and ensure client objectives are exceeded at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the commercial strategy and sales development across Sipit’s full suite of media offerings, including OOH, retail, sponsorships, campus, and experiential activations.
* Identify, pitch, and secure new business opportunities with brands and agencies across multiple sectors.
* Manage key client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of their objectives and delivering solutions that meet and exceed expectations.
* Negotiate and finalize deals that maximise value for both Sipit and its partners.
* Collaborate closely with internal creative, production, and operations teams to deliver seamless, impactful campaigns.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in media, advertising, or brand partnerships, ideally in out‑of‑home or experiential marketing.
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of exceeding sales targets and building long‑term client relationships.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* A strategic thinker with the ability to translate client goals into creative, commercially viable solutions.
* Collaborative, proactive, and confident working across teams and with senior stakeholders.
