Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our aftersales team in Clonmel. The role involves efficiently managing customer appointments and liaising with customers as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage service customer appointments effectively.
* Deal with customer requirements for service and repair in a timely and courteous manner.
* Liaise with the workshop, service reception, warranty, and parts department.
* Achieve high standards across the dealership and identify new ways to increase performance.
* Determine workshop availability on booking systems and manage bookings for maximum efficiency.
* Maintain high levels of customer service while offering advice on technical issues, costs, and completion times.
* Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicles undergoing maintenance and agree on additional work required.
* Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
Essential Candidate Requirements:
* A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer-facing Service Advisor role.
* An enthusiastic and positive approach that demonstrates exceptional customer care.
* Experience in managing customer accounts.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and motivation.
* Fluent written and spoken English with excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Strong computer skills including MS Office.
* A full clean Irish driving license.
