Project Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of various construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing multiple site personnel, ensuring compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Degree in Construction Management or similar (Third-level qualification) is essential.
* A minimum of 5 years experience working with a commercial fit-out contractor or main contractor on internals in Dublin Experience managing hotel fit outs, office fit outs and hospitality.
* Able to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
* Experience managing multiple subcontractors at a time。
