Job Description
The Global Fund Administration Transformation & Innovation Function (GFA T&I) has been established to develop capability in key areas including Client Change, Capital Change, Operational Change, Innovation Solution Development (the T&I Global Innovation Lab), Business Process Analysis, and Fund Administration Change. The focus is on delivering business transformation projects and solutions to meet Fund Accounting, Financial Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, and Private Capital Administration objectives, leveraging robotic process automation, artificial intelligence and data analytics.
Role and Responsibilities
Role: Implementation Manager within the GFA T&I function. Responsibilities: provide direction and strategy for enterprise-wide initiatives; work on large-scale, complex programs impacting multiple business areas; integrate technology change, business process redesigns, and operating model reviews; align with holistic roadmaps across strategic initiatives; liaise with stakeholders to ensure benefits realization and change management methodologies are embedded in project delivery; monitor progress and escalate issues as required; communicate project progress to diverse audiences.
* Seasoned multi-disciplinary expert with broad technical and/or business knowledge.
* Execution of strategic direction for business function activities.
* Manage complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and ambiguous issues.
* Balance cross-functional perspectives to improve efficiency and productivity.
* Monitor and report on project performance and issues; escalation as needed.
* Integrate best practice benefits and change management methodologies into delivery.
* Understand and manage stakeholder requirements.
* Present and communicate project progress to wide audiences.
* Advocate for Business Transformation and Innovation activities.
Knowledge and Skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* In-depth functional/industry knowledge.
* Flexibility and adaptability to change.
* Technical skills/systems knowledge (e.g., Global Investone, ADO AZURE, Co-Pilot, AGILE ways of working).
* Leadership and organizational skills to set goals and develop staff.
