Job Summary
The Key Leader role is an essential part of the store leadership team, directly impacting sales floor operations and guest experience every day. They lead by example and provide ongoing support to team members, ensuring a seamless guest experience in the store and overseeing all retail floor operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership and Team Management:
o Provide direct feedback, coaching, mentoring, and career path guidance to team members, addressing performance concerns and promoting growth.
o Offer team members recognition, gap assessment, and performance documentation to support and reinforce their career and personal development.
o Develop and disseminate product knowledge through internal communication channels.
* Guest Experience and Sales Floor Operations:
o Lead sales floor teams, planning coverage and making decisions to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
o Support team members in delivering exceptional guest experiences, valuing guests' time, and assessing their unique needs.
o Interact with guests to provide customized purchase and return solutions, resolving feedback and escalations promptly.
o Deliver technical product education, highlighting the value and benefits of products.
