Job Description: Our Santry office serves the Leinster North region with a diverse portfolio of SME clients. We are looking to appoint a Senior Qualified Accountant to manage a varied portfolio of monthly management accounts, year‑end accounts and advisory work. Reporting to Director/Partner level, you will work with an established and highly collegial team, mentor trainees and seniors, and contribute to practice and strategic development.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation of monthly management accounts and cash‑flow projections.
Year‑end accounts and financial statement preparation.
Reviewing the work of trainees to develop their abilities and deliver completed files for director/partner review.
Advisory work and projects as required, including due diligence for company sales or assisting clients with acquisitions.
Work with leadership on practice development, identifying operational efficiencies and strategic improvements.
Key Requirements
ACA/ACCA/CPA qualified or part‑qualified with over 2–3 years experience.
Experience working across a diverse client portfolio.
Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities.
Highly motivated with the ability to work to strict deadlines.
Positive can‑do attitude and strong team player.
Excellent communication skills.
