Restaurant & Bar Manager Role
We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to lead our restaurant and bar as General Manager. In this pivotal role, you will shape the success of our food and beverage service, driving revenue growth and exceptional guest experiences.

As General Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Leading a team of hospitality professionals to deliver outstanding guest experiences and drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives and marketing efforts;
2. Managing operational efficiency, from budgeting to resource allocation, to ensure cost control and exceptional service standards;
3. Fostering efficient and collaborative working relationships with senior leadership to execute business strategies and exceed performance targets;
4. Ensuring excellence in service standards, food quality, and safety regulations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
1. A minimum of 3 years' experience as a General Manager in a busy bar and restaurant environment, with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills;
2. Proven track record in driving profitability while delivering exceptional guest experiences;
3. Operational expertise in managing fast-paced food and beverage environments, with a focus on efficiency and innovation;
4. Ability to manage and work within a team as well as on your own initiative;
5. Flexible with working 5 days per week, including days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays;
6. Computer literacy.

1. A salary range of €40,000 - €50,000 per year, dependent on experience;
