The role of Sales Development Manager is to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing promotional materials and campaigns to support product awareness and sales growth
* Overseeing training programs for staff and clients to ensure effective use and understanding of products
* Tracking and reporting key sales metrics, delivering timely performance data and insights to senior leadership
Requirements:
* Proven experience in Sales and account management
* Experience working in the non-profit sector
* At least 2 years' experience managing teams
* Excellent IT skills including MS Office applications
* Full clean driver's license for travel purposes
