The Role: The Sales Advisor role will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing day to day trade within SiteTech Rathcoole.
This role involves developing relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting Sitetech's innovative products.
Location:Rathcoole, Co. Dublin
Contract:Permanent, Full-time (42-hour work week, Monday to Friday)
Key Responsibilities Work with customers to ensure their needs are met and they receive great serviceDevelop sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.Manage and grow day to day trade accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Provide technical advice and support to customers, leveraging comprehensive product knowledge.Ensure efficient nationwide delivery service by coordinating with logistics teams.Knowledge & Experience: Experience in sales and account management within the construction sectorTrack record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.An understanding of concrete and brickwork accessories and their applications is desirable but not essential as training will be providedFamiliarity with the Irish construction market, particularly in Dublin and Cork.Experience in building and maintaining long-term relationships with suppliers and customers.Essential Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High level of professionalism and flexibility in customer interactions.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Benefits: Competitive salaryPrivate health careSick pay schemePaid maternity and paternity leavePension schemeColleague savings schemeColleague discountEducational assistanceWellness initiativesWhy Join Us?
