Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Market Share Growth: Drive and secure new revenue and market share from both existing customers and new business across the UK.
Sales Process Optimization: Lead the improvement of business development processes for specific services and products, ensuring strong sales engagement.
Proposal & Presentation Management: Assist in preparing compelling responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and presentations, while actively monitoring sales leads and their responses.
Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement effective sales plans and campaigns to capitalize on market opportunities.
Financial Management: Prepare and manage annual/monthly budgets and reports, consistently achieving targeted financial goals.
Strategic Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong strategic relationships with key contacts within customer organizations to identify and unlock value creation opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and operations management teams to develop creative solutions for customer needs and facilitate cross-selling to increase revenue and market penetration.
Performance Evaluation: Facilitate regular meetings with clients and relevant operations staff to evaluate performance, address challenges, and gather insights into future plans.
Market & Product Expertise: Provide internal marketing support and serve as a knowledge resource for all company products and services.
Financial Compliance: Implement preventative actions to ensure timely collection of payments.
Performance Excellence: Consistently achieve and exceed performance goals.
Core Responsibilities

Client Performance Reviews: Conduct regular meetings with clients and operations teams for performance evaluation and future planning.
Product Marketing Support: Provide essential marketing support and product knowledge across the organization.
Payment Assurance: Implement proactive measures to ensure timely collection of payments.

Qualifications & Skills
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education.
* Experience: A minimum of 5 years of industry experience is preferred.
* Professional Demeanor: Possesses a charismatic and confident personality, coupled with an exceptional work ethic.
* Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Core Competencies: Combines excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to analyze complex situations and make sound decisions based on available information.
* Adaptability: Demonstrates the ability to quickly adapt to changing policies and procedures.
* Resilience: Capable of effectively performing and thriving under pressure.
