The Behavioural Specialist will play a key role in providing advanced behavioural support and intervention strategies for children with intellectual disabilities, autism, and complex behaviours.
* Developing individualized behaviour support plans based on assessments.
* Using evidence-based practices to manage behaviours of concern.
* Providing guidance and supervision to care staff.
* Liaising with external agencies to coordinate care.
* Tracking progress through data analysis and reporting.
