Job PurposeThe Finance Manager is responsible for assisting the finance team to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, forecasting, analysis, budgetary controls, and year end reporting following Generally Accepted Accounting Principals (GAAP). The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to successfully help manage a team, be able to work under tight deadlines. The Finance Manager will support RCVLP in its long-range financial strategy and its strategic plansEducation, Experience And RequirementsA minimum of 5+ of experience in finance and accounting including a minimum of 3 years in a senior roleoverseeing the finance function or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Financial education in Degree in Business Commerce, Diploma in Business Accounting and AFOA areconsidered an asset.Ability to analyze financial data and assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and projections.Experience with Sage 300 is considered an asset.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Valid Driver's License.Must be bondable.Working ConditionsMonday-Friday from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. in standard office conditions.
