You will lead and execute the full life cycle of technical recruitment, focusing on identifying, engaging, and securing top-notch talent across various technical domains. Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements to extending job offers.
* Source, identify, and engage top technical talent through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and industry connections.
* Develop strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to deeply understand technical requirements and team dynamics.
* Provide strategic guidance on market trends, talent availability, and industry best practices to drive informed recruitment decisions.
* Conduct ongoing market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging technologies.
* Mentor junior recruiters and provide training as needed.
* Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment activities.
* Regularly report on recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
* Proven experience as a technical recruiter with a focus on software engineering, IT, or related technical roles.
* Strong understanding of current technologies and trends in the tech industry.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical professionals.
* Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring recruitment teams.
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
* Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
