Requirements: The successful candidate should possess a relevant third-level qualification in a construction-related discipline or hold an equivalent professional qualification OR; Have 7+ years of post-graduate experience in a similar role.
Demonstrated expertise in building projects in Ireland.
Duties: Hold a relevant third-level qualification in a construction-related discipline or equivalent professional qualification.
Have 7+ years of post-graduate experience in a Site Manager or similar role previously in building projects.
Proven ability to deliver projects to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and attention to detail.
Expertise in managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors and teams, monitoring progress against programmes, and ensuring adherence to construction drawings, quality standards, and health and safety regulations.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with contractors, design teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Strong capability to identify and address construction issues proactively, manage site logistics, control budgets and timelines, and ensure overall project delivery.
