Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the contract administration process, ensuring compliance with project procedures, schedules, and budgets.
Responsibilities include:
* Input into the Contract Strategy Plan and align it with Client requirements.
* Assign packages to Contract Administrators to procure to award.
* Ensure Contract Documents are fully executed, returned to correct parties, and copies retained for reference.
* Manage and administer contracts in accordance with project procedures, schedule, and budgets.
In collaboration with the Construction Manager, ensure that contracts are managed and administered effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a larger team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants should possess:
* At least 10 years' experience in Contract Administration.
* Proven ability to contribute to the development of project implementation and associated contractual strategies for large-scale projects.
* Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
* Excellent organisational skills with an ability to produce accurate work to project deadlines.
