Job Title
We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Support Professional to join our schools in Louth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individualized support to children with additional learning needs in the classroom, working closely with teachers and other educational professionals.
* Design and implement learning schemes for pupils with SEN, adapting resources to cater for individual learning styles and promote independent learning.
* Support students in developing their confidence and self-esteem by setting achievable targets and providing positive reinforcement.
* Collaborate with the SENCO and support staff to ensure effective delivery of SEN provision and meet the diverse needs of all pupils.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Good knowledge of SEN including Autism, ADHD, SEMH needs and behavioural disorders.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers and other stakeholders.
* Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
* A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with best practices in SEN provision.
