The successful applicant will be responsible for leading and overseeing all golf operations including course management, clubhouse management retail sales and guest/member experience. They must also manage and develop their team to drive exceptional service standards aligned with our luxury hotel offering.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead Golf Course Operations ensuring that excellent playing conditions are maintained at all times
* Mange Guest Services delivering personal tailored experiences to every guest who visits us
* Manage Retail Sales increasing revenue through effective merchandising display promotions pricing and loyalty schemes
liaise closely with senior leadership teams aligning the goals of the business with those of your department
