* Main Responsibilities:
* Developing mechanical system designs (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) to meet project requirements
* Overseeing preconstruction activities, including health & safety, technical submissions, construction drawings, and project commissioning
* Conducting site inspections, monitoring progress, and ensuring installations meet quality standards and regulatory compliance
* Managing procurement for mechanical packages and coordinating plant package reviews
* Collaborating with project teams to maintain schedules and deliver high-quality service

In order to succeed in this role, you will need a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering, as well as 3+ years of experience in a similar position. Experience working with an M&E contractor in the UK or Ireland is essential, with Data Centres or Pharmaceutical builds being ideal.
