Electronics Engineer Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced electronics engineer to take a key role in the development of manufacturing systems and the delivery of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects within a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team focused on electronics assembly across various sectors. This role involves close collaboration with customers and internal departments to drive project delivery, support production, and continuously enhance manufacturing processes.
Main Responsibilities:
* Act as a technical liaison with customers to establish optimal test equipment and program setups.
* Lead and support NPI projects, ensuring timely delivery and manufacturability improvements.
* Prepare assembly documentation and develop training materials for production operatives.
* Deliver continuous improvement initiatives aligned with cost reduction and quality goals.
* Support engineering maintenance tasks and assist in designing planned maintenance routines.
* Implement process controls (e.g., FMEA, control plans) in accordance with change management procedures.
Requirements:
* Level 8 Honours Degree (or higher) in Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
* Minimum of 4+ years experience in a relevant electronics manufacturing environment.
* Strong capability in electronic troubleshooting and fault finding.
* Ability to interpret and work with electronic circuit designs and schematics.
* Experience working with engineering bills of materials (BoMs) and technical drawings.
