* Service of food and/or beverages to customers to the standards set by the company.
* Ensure all food hygiene regulations are adhered to, in particular H.A.C.C.P regulations
* Cleaning duties associated with service and related equipment and/or furniture.
* Preparation of service area and/or service points.
* Clean and replenish service equipment.
* Accurate storage of food items and equipment after service.
* Food assembly and service of same in an efficient manner, which may include some light cooking.
* Monitor and record food and equipment temperatures
* Handling cash transactions and ensuring the accurate cash handling procedures are followed in accordance with company procedure and till procedures.
* Attend in-house training sessions.
* Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform to company regulations at all times.
* To present an image at all times conducive to good customer relations.
* Comply and assist in the promotion and implementation of the company's health and safety policy.
* Comply and assist in the promotion and implementation of the company's policies and procedures.
* Other duties occasionally assigned by the Management team to ensure the smooth running of the departme

Qualifications
* Previous experience with a catering environment desirable. On the job training will be given.
* Knowledge of Food Hygiene including HACCP.
* 1 years' experience in a similar environment.
* Good understanding of English.
* Customer service experience
