Project Manager
A highly skilled and experienced professional is required to lead complex projects from start to finish in an onsite project management office (PMO) team.
* Lead medium-sized projects from initiation to completion, working within the PMO framework and utilizing project management methodologies.
* Assemble and organize a project team, defining roles and responsibilities and allocating necessary resources to meet project timelines and deliverables.
* Capture and document detailed requirements, constraints, and assumptions from stakeholders to clearly define project objectives and scope.
* Manage project finances, including estimation, monitoring, and ensuring financial targets are met throughout the project lifecycle.
* Align all stakeholders and team members by establishing clear expectations and ensuring a shared understanding of the project plan and vision.
* Proactively identify and manage project risks, from initial assessment to monitoring and final resolution, to minimize their impact on the project.
* Oversee and control changes to project scope, schedule, and cost, ensuring that all authorized changes are properly documented and communicated.
* Maintain an accurate and up-to-date project plan, using verification techniques to ensure it reflects all authorized changes and remains aligned with project goals.
* Foster a high-performing team environment by building cohesiveness, leading, and motivating team members to ensure cooperation, efficiency, and strong morale.
* Monitor and evaluate project performance using relevant tools and techniques, making adjustments as needed to ensure project success.

Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in project management
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
