Our client leads the Corporate Finance market in Ireland, having supported more than €1.7bn in real estate capital activity during 2025. They are now seeking an Associate Director to join their high-performing team.They are looking for a Senior Manager to work on headline M&A, debt advisory, and property-related transactions for many of the country’s most active developers, investors, and lenders.This position will contribute to a wide variety of mandates—including equity raises, debt structuring, and both buy- and sell-side engagements—across residential, office, retail, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, and logistics sectors. The environment is fast-moving, commercially focused, and offers significant room for professional advancement.Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to senior leadership, you will play a central role in executing market-leading real estate transactions. Initial responsibilities will include:Acting as a primary point of contact for clients and overseeing the full lifecycle of transaction executionAssessing the financial and commercial drivers of deals, highlighting risks and opportunitiesBuilding, reviewing, and refining financial modelsLeading the creation and presentation of marketing materials for investors and lendersSupporting clients through negotiations and deal structuringGuiding junior team members, reviewing their work, and contributing to their developmentAssisting with business development initiatives, including preparing proposals and presenting to potential clientsApplicants must havePossess a valid passport or visa that allows full time work in Ireland. Sponsorship is not offered.At least five years’ experience in real estate within corporate finance, banking, investment banking, development, private equity, a family office, or a similar settingProfessional qualifications such as ACA, CFA, or ACCA (or an equivalent designation), preferredStrong analytical and numerical capabilitiesDemonstrated project management experience and comfort handling multiple workstreams simultaneouslyClear, confident communication skills—both written and verbalA collaborative, client-focused mindset that helps build trust and strong working relationships
