Summerhill are a building contractor based in Cork is currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their close-knit team.Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will work across all projects with the site teams.The RoleDuties will include:Procurement and management of sub-contractors and materialsCost monitoring and reporting of materials and projectsThe Person:Degree in Quantity Surveying or have good knowledge of a similar role5plus years' experience with either a contractor, sub-contractor or consultancyExcellent reporting skillsStrongStrong team playerBenefits:Pensions, on site parkingTravel expenses Schedule:Monday to Friday 8-5Work Location: In person
